Diagnostic Ultrasound

Ultrasound can be used to evaluate numerous acute and chronic orthopedic injuries, and can give a clear picture of soft tissue injuries that do not show up well on X-rays. It is a painless and does not use any radiation.

Ultrasound Guided Carpal Tunnel Release

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) can cause pain and numbness in the hand. Now there are alternatives to the traditional surgical options, including Carpal Tunnel Release with the SX-One MicroKnife® and ultrasound guidance and Incision-less Carpal Tunnel Release (Guo Technique). Both techniques provide a faster return to activity.

Tenex

Tenex is a minimally-invasive procedure vs. conventional surgery that can help eliminate chronic tendon pain by precisely targeting and removing damaged tissue. Tenex Health technology allows physicians to perform a minimally-invasive percutaneous needle tenotomy or fasciotomy, minimizing pain, and reducing recovery time.

Nerve Hydrodissection

Ultrasound-guided hydrodissection is a new method of treatment of entrapment nerves. Entrapment neuropathy of peripheral nerves are common, but are often less recognized as a source of pain. For some patients, nerve hydrodissection may have the same effect as a surgical release, with resolution of the numbness, tingling and pain.

Platelet Rich Plasma

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy is a minimally invasive treatment that promotes healing without surgery. PRP is a concentrated platelet solution is injected into the injured area to stimulate healing in a variety of orthopedic injuries.

Bone Marrow Concentrate

The objective of the bone marrow concentrate procedures is to harness the natural regenerative ability of tissues.

LIPOGEMS®

LIPOGEMS® is a cutting edge technology that gently processes and uses your body’s own fat tissue to cushion and support areas of injury or damage as your body heals itself.

Shockwave

Shockwave Therapy uses high-intensity acoustic pressure waves to help disrupt scar tissue, improve circulation and speed up healing and tissue regeneration, and has found an expanded role in orthopedics.

Viscosupplementation Injections

Viscosupplementation injectons are a nonsurgical treatment option for osteoarthritis, and are thought to increase the lubrication of the arthritic joint fluid, decrease inflammation and pain, and improve function.
