About Our Practice

ABOUT BOSTON SPORTS & BIOLOGICS

Boston Sports & Biologics specializes in comprehensive non-surgical orthopedic care, managing acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, tendonitis, arthritis, bursitis and concussions.

We pride ourselves in providing patients with highly personalized care, whether addressing an acute injury or developing a customized treatment plan to address the root cause of chronic joint, tendon or muscle pain. We focus less on pain symptoms, and more on what is causing the pain to identify the source of the problem.

Our patients have longer time with their doctor and a shorter time to wait. More time with patients means there is more time to discuss your injury, and find the proper diagnosis to guide your treatment. We use high resolution diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound as an extension of our examination to help find the root of even the most challenging cases.

We view ourselves as a partner in your care, and get to know our patients. Patients can contact our office and often get an appointment within days, and at your appointment we will spend as much time as needed with you. We encourage our patient to ask lots of questions. We pride ourselves in developing a treatment plan that suits your needs, and in offering advanced alternatives to traditional orthopedic surgery, including:

  • Regenerative medicine or Orthobiologics
  • Platelet rich plasma or PRP injections
  • Bone marrow concentrate derived stem cells
  • Tenex ultrasonic tenotomy
